… in all senses of the word. Physically strong: building muscle, losing fat. Mentally and emotionally strong: the ability to withstand pressure and stress without breaking. Financially strong: self-discipline. Creating a plan and following it.

Steady. Stable. Boundaries. The ability to remain upright (literally and metaphorically). Wants vs. Needs. Live vs. Save. Understanding the importance of play and rest. 

Calm

Calm

The ability to pause. Responding vs reacting. Planning vs. worrying. Pleasant. Free. Tranquil.

Wellness goes beyond a number on a scale or a pant size.  My “well” doesn’t have to look like your “well.”  

Wellness is intentional choices.  

Taking control of your life.  

Making life happen, not letting life happen to you.  

Wellness is freedom.  Freedom to live the life you deserve to live.
